“Conscious Connected Breathing helps us to create a safe environment wherein we can experience our true selves.
If we combine breathing and singing, we can very easily find the way back to our divine core, the land of our soul”
Hans Mensink has been working with Conscious Connected Breathing, Voice Dialogue and Polarity Therapy- and massage since 1978. He conducts trainings in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and the US. He has a private practice in Gennep (Ottersum) and has two sons.
Music is especially important for Hans who used to be a Blues and Rock guitarist. For the better part of 35 years, singing and chanting has been a permanent aspect of his life and work.
“When you sing, your breath is connected and your heart can open by itself.”
Hans enjoys guiding people to together discover their true vocation, and lead them to give it a practical application in daily life. The core of his work is safety, trust and integrity.
